Our strong relationships with our vendor partners are something we value and certainly make for a smoother transaction for all. We met these clients through an attorney POA who was handling many of life’s details for her clients who had made an unplanned move into long-term care for health reasons.
Working together with their POA, we were able to evaluate the client’s home, arrange an estate sale, coordinate repairs and cleaning before listing, and get the home sold. By working closely together everything was handled for these clients by us and our resources – while they focused on their well-being.
