We have been in real estate long enough to know that a downsizing move is unlike any other. We learned that the hard way, through our own family experiences of cleaning out homes after losses, watching parents stay too long in homes that no longer worked for them, and sitting across from clients who wanted a different life but couldn’t see past the overwhelming task of getting there.
We kept hearing the same thing: “We’re not ready yet. Maybe in a few years.” And we understood why. They just couldn’t see past the overwhelm of where to begin, didn’t know what support was available, and had no idea what was waiting on the other side.
So we built the resources we wished we’d had. The podcast. The guide. The community. The agent network. All of it exists because we believe the process of letting go can be done with intention, with support, and with a lot less stress than most people expect.
